SUBSCRIPTION SALES OFFICE

At the Subscription Sales Office/ZTL-ZSR you can buy all the tickets to use our services, any correspondence to the office can be sent to the company office in Viale Jacobini, ZI.

The office is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and in Tuesday and Thursday, in addition to morning hours, from 15:00 to 17:00.
Acceptance of documentation for the issue of subsidised tickets will take place every day up to half an hour before closing time, i.e. by 12:30 p.m. and, on days when the office is open in the afternoon, by 4:30 p.m.

For any requests for cancellation of administrative sanctions imposed by our ticket inspectors it is necessary to fill in the form that can be downloaded HERE
